Descrizione

Stand on the band with feet hip-distance apart. Cross the band's handles before grabbing them so that when standing, an "X" is created with the band and your arms. Bend your knees slightly and take a small step out to the side with one foot, followed by the other. Lift your elbows up high and bring the handles to your shoulders. Release slowly.
