I finally got the update pushed to my phone. I like the new update. Now I can add exercise and sports that I couldn't add before. Everything is working great now. Hope everyone else got their issues fixed also.

Help / Problems syncing with S Health?

I finally lost it and called Samsung and Verizon. Samsung said that the problem is with the Gear Fit and S Health. They are working on a fix but couldnt tell me when it would be fixed. The only thing they could tell me was they would push the update out to the phones once it was done. So I gave up and started using MyFitnessPal to track everything. Good Luck everyone

Hopefully the update is soon. I use both apps and don't want to/ have the patients to deal with new ones. Thanks for the information.

I have the Note 4. I thought I read that the S5 had issues but they fixed it. I could be wrong because I was skimming for Note 4 fixes.

I feel stupid. I don't have anything like that in S Health, Workout trainer, or on my phone. If we have the same phone, what did I miss? If your's is working and mine isn't, I must be doing something wrong.

Is your s health version 4.1.0.0059? If not then that could be the problem. Mathias just said he hasn't gotten the newest version for s health. Perhaps you haven't gotten it yet either? Maybe it's a soft release where only certain carriers have updated?

My version is 3.5.5, so maybe that is the reason. I even tried to update it earlier but it said it was up to date. Hopefully it will update soon. I have tried everything. Thanks for your help.

Help / Problems syncing with S Health?

Still not syncing. I even uninstalled Workout trainer and reinstalled it, nothing. Everything is up to date, but it still won't work. I could scream. I don't have time for this. I'm going to have to find another app if this isn't fixed soon.

I may have told you wrong. I just went and looked at mine. You have to go to settings, data permissions and then allow it to sync.

Help / Problems syncing with S Health?

I have the Note 4 and nothing is syncing to S Health. I have tried everything; back up and restore, checked the settings in Workout Trainer, I even went to the play store to try and update and it tells me it's not compatible with my phone. Does anyone else know of any tricks to fix my problem? I'm getting discussed with this issue. I don't have time to keep track of a pen and paper to write everything down. I have to much money invested in the S Health to use something else.

S health just updated on fri I believe. Make sure you have the latest update. Go into s health, settings then dig around until you find the version and update. After that you'll need to go into the main screen and use the ... on the top to select partner apps. Select workout trainer and then give it permission. From there it should work. I have the note 4 too and mine all started working on Friday. Good luck.

I have the latest update for S Health (at least that's what it's tell me). I'll have to look at the permission settings again. Maybe I missed something. Thanks.
