Descrizione

Secure a resistance band to a sturdy anchor point at approximately chest height. Stand facing the anchor point and grab the band handles with both hands. Step back to create tension in the band, maintaining good posture with feet shoulder-width apart. Brace your core, keep your chest up, and slightly bend your knees. Pull the band toward your torso by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Hold briefly at the end position with your elbows behind your body. Return to the starting position with control, allowing your arms to extend forward.
