Descrizione

Stand on top of a resistance band with your feet hip-width apart. Grab the band with your hands and adjust the length so it is taught. Soften your knees, hinge forward at your hips and keep your back straight as the band loosens. Go down as far as you can maintaining a straight back. Rise back up to standing. Repeat.
