Descrizione

Stand about 2 feet in front of a stability ball. Place your left leg on top of the ball behind you, keeping your left toe pointed down. Keep most of your weight on your right leg and allow the left leg to bend. Bend your right knee and squat making sure your knee stays behind your toe and your heel is grounded.
