Descrizione

Stand about 2 feet in front of a stability ball. Place your right leg on top of the ball behind you, keeping your right toe pointed down. Keep most of your weight on your left leg and allow the right leg to bend. Bend your left knee and squat down, making sure your knee stays behind your toe and your heel is grounded. Back up and repeat.
