Descrizione

Start standing with your feet hip-width apart. Lift your right arm above your head and take a big step forward with your left leg. As you hold your lower body in place, tilt your torso and right arm to the left side of the room. Hold the stretch for one count, then place your right elbow on the outside of your left thigh. Reverse the pattern and return to standing to repeat on the alternate side.
