Descrizione

Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, holding the kettlebell in your left hand. Point your right foot and knee to the right. Rotate to face your right knee, and lunge and bend forward. Stand up and rotate to starting position, rowing the weight up as if starting a lawnmower. Continue the motion fluidly.
