Descrizione

Stand with your feet together holding a kettlebell at the handle with both hands. With your right leg, step into a side lunge and sit your right hip down and back. Allow the kettlebell to slowly lower down just inside your right leg. Powerfully push yourself back up into starting position and repeat.
