Descrizione

Stand tall with your feet together holding a kettlebell by the handle with both hands. Take a wide lateral step and lower down into a squat with your stepping leg while keeping your planted foot leg straight. Give a powerful push on your squat leg to return back to the starting position. Switch legs and repeat.
