Descrizione

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your right side next to a high positioned, fixed band. Grasp the band at the right of your head with both hands and long arms. Rotate your torso and drive your arms downward and across your body, with your hands stopping just below your left hips. Control back up to the start position.
