Descrizione

Begin perpendicular to a wall with a lacrosse ball in hand. Use that hand to motion the ball over your shoulder as if you are going to pat yourself on the back. With the ball in the area between your shoulder blade and your spine, lean against a wall and roll the ball up and down, then side to side. Switch sides at the halfway point.
