Descrizione

Begin in guarded fighting stance. **Imagine a kick coming towards the head** Lean body backwards with feet planted (rear foot; plant ball of foot), then ducking the strike. Drop lead hand while keeping the opposite in guard. Tuck chin, put pressure onto the ball of the rear foot to support bodyweight. Pop back into position. Follow up with a counter strike exercise. **Evading doesn't leave one pinned or having to re-engage stance for a counter strike**
