Descrizione

Stand tall with your feet a little more than hip-width apart and your toes slightly turned outwards. With your back straight, bend down with your needs and draw your hands out and up. Go down to a 90 degrees with your toes tracking over your knees. As you return to standing, bring your hands back down to your sides. Maintain your balance as you increase the speed of your squats.
