Descrizione

Balancing on one leg. Raise a knee in front of you. Without moving the upper half of the body. Gradually move your knee out laterally(to the side). Continue to move your knee behind your body, while keeping stable. Then bring your leg back to the starting position. A full rotation is 1 rep. Do this for both legs.
