Descrizione

This stretch takes place on your hands and knees. Place a band underneath your left palm and wrap the band around your right hand, pressing down on the floor to secure the band. Reach your right arm in the air such that the wrist is at the level of your shoulder. Hold for a count before returning and repeating the movement a few times before switching sides.
