ME, the Starting Ground:     I am used to working my ass off literally. I was brought up by my father who thought that if you had arms and legs than you can work and work HARD! So I spent many years as his tile helper, doing many construction jobs, and then got soft after getting some college and tech support jobs. I stopped going out and dancing.. I stopped going out and doing anything as I lost my job over 3 years ago and haven't been able to get back into ANYTHING since.

INTERESTS:     Dancing, crafting, reading, I LOVE sci-fi and military sci-fi, manual blood sweat and tears type projects, PCs, GAMING, Rift (riftgame.com), animals, beach, travel, rollerblading, just creating things including a better self ;)

GOALS:      I want to fit into my closet full of cute clothes that I can't even squeeze a thigh into anymore! I want to make an outfit and wear it with pride to a COSPLAY event as well as enter a contest in it. Since I will always weigh more than most girls my height due to my muscular build and frame I am not so concerned with the scale as the fit of my pants... I'd like to get to a size 6 (well one that is built for girls with bubble butt none of that flat booty for me ;) ) I would like to participate in a the ZOMBIE run marathon when it comes to my area next year.  I'd like to regain the confidence in myself to get out there and get a real CAREER.

just slowly getting myself back into the groove. Put incline up to 20% and went at it. I then cranked the incline to max for 4 minutes pushed the hell out of myself. Didn't stop sweating for at least an hour after... diuretics not a good pre-workout pill...
