I have been like a fluctuating piece of meat over the past 10 years. I have gone from couch to running 10 miles in around 3 hours at least 2 times. This was by completing 2 Tough Mudders in the past 4 years. Every year I loose a lot of weight however, in 2018 I did my best by losing a total of 30kg+ within 30 weeks. Not only did I shed fat but I gained muscle and enhanced my ability to perform exercise. This allowed me to successfully run a Tough Mudder event over 10 miles in a good 2 hours 45 minutes. I have come to share my knowledge that I have gained over the past 10 years. Join my program 30 Weak 2 Fit and bring your body closer to being Fit not Weak. I am currently on another weight loss journey which has seen myself go down from 138kg to 120kg as of 2022-12-30. In the coming year of 2023, I see myself losing a further 25kg to 30kg, settling in at a 90kg bodyweight.
