This is a four week challenge. Each week consists of four days of HIIT core workouts designed to leave you feeling the burn! But by the end, you should find yourself stronger and more capable than ever! As with all intense exercises, consult a physician and get a full medical exam before undertaking this challenge. If at any point you feel unwell, any sharp, intense pain or otherwise feeling like you’re going too far over your limit, STOP immediately and seek medical attention.
