Sean's got a goal to lose a few inches off his waist, play football with his boys and possibly join a pickup hockey team! This program is made just for him! I want Sean to get back in the "game" by improving his cardiovascular strength and by building a strong foundation of muscle. This is the strength portion of his workout program. We will be using mostly the barbell and bodyweight exercises. As for cardio, Sean is going to ride his bike 2xs a week, do 1 day of cardio with his basement equipment and do 2 days of cardiovascular exercise outside (which can consist of walking, hiking, running, playing with his kids for 30 + minutes). These can be in combination with his strength workouts or on their own.
