Exercises using resistance bands and a doorway anchor are very similar to cable machine exercises and can be used for functional strength exercises. Setup band high in doorway before starting. Pulldowns are with two hands, on one knee in half kneel, other images shown are alternatives if half kneel is uncomfortable. Alternate kneeling leg each round.
