This 20-minute mobility flow focuses on feel-good movement. The majority will be spent actively mobilizing the joints, but we will hold a couple static stretches at the end. Mobility training focuses on moving the joints throughout their entire range of motion. Not only does this type of movement help us feel better as we move throughout our day, but it can help us in other areas of training (strength, agility, cardio, etc.).
