This lower body workout will superset a strength exercise with a plyometric exercise to help strengthen your muscles, while building endurance and power. You will need a pair of heavy dumbbells for this one. Try to keep moving for the entire duration of the exercises. If it becomes too difficult, drop a weight and keep going.
