Just like the title says -- it is a difficult move to master and achieve properly however one of the best strength and muscle building moves that one could ever learn to do so make sure you actually take the time and use YouTube to study proper methods to safely execute this move and get rewarded with a strong sense posterior chain. I haven't decided on breaking this down into rounds as a timer or just a time block which it don't like. The timers are good to keep things going however I don't want to rush anyone and cause bad form. So with being said I will break it down and adjust as I see fit. If anyone actually does this it can be revised as long as I know there is a mutual respect and you are actually doing this. :) take care be safe be strong and it's not a matter or how much it is a matter or quality After a cardio hiit warm up we will start this and start with an explosive movement then into our main movement. Don't be afraid to pause it if needed to adjust the weights or get a breather. ****** be safe
