Inhale and reach your left arm up and over to a sidebend. Bend your right elbow toward your hip. Inhale and reach your left arm up and over to the left. Exhale and relax your neck to the right. Take a few breaths. Keep your neck relaxed. Inhale and pull your torso up back to the center. Exhale and with your right hand, pick your head up.
