Strap - Shortest Length. Preparation: Stand facing TRX system with pronated grip (palms facing deck) on handles and extend arms out in front of body at shoulder height. Lean back slightly and maintain proper alignment. Execution: Squeeze shoulder blades together and lift chest to handles by drawing elbows back (in line with shoulders). Lower slowly to starting position and repeat reps.
