Descrizione

Begin in a plank position. Lower down as if you are doing pushups but continue till your chest touches the ground. Then, lower your knees to the ground. Push back up with the palm of your hands keeping your knees on the floor. Once your arms are fully extended, lift your knees to go back in a plank position. Repeat.
