Adjust machine so that handles are just out of reach when sitting down. This ensures a full range of motion throughout the workout. Sit on the pad with back straight and pull down allowing the handles to widen as you go through the motion. Focus on leading with your elbows and pausing at the bottom and squeezing your shoulder blades together for a couple seconds. Experiment with different handle positions. (Reverse grip, neutral grip, etc)
