Hey I'm ok. I was going to do it but realized I don't have a step up and my dad won't let me use his chairs to do it. Also mixed in with insanity it's going to be wicked on my body. 😓
Yeah. I just use the steps in my house - step and and down onto the 2nd step, but then I am quite tall so that may not work for everyone. If you're shorter I guess you could use 1 step? Or, like you say, just skip it :) Good luck. How is insanity?
Don't have staircases in my house or a single step for that matter, except in the front of the house where my day's pitbull lives. The most wicked set of workouts I've ever done in my life. It's a serious of HIIT workouts. I can't even keep up and by the time I'm done I feel exhausted. I nearly passed out the other day doing it and winded up falling on my knee. My friend he's in the military and he had his platoon give it a shot and not a single one of them could keep up either. That's...
Just push as hard as you can Jude.. Only you know how much your body can take... That's the challenge.. If you don't complete it at least you know you tried your best : ))
See I know I can do it. But the Insanity workout is effecting my body I even fell on my knee while doing my body just practically passed out. I didn't realize how hard that workout was and by the time I'm done I feel great but exhausted and it's effecting when I do the other workouts. My body is completely sore today. I'm going to continue but I'm going to continue with as many as I can. I'll probably split the burpees today. Part in the morning and then again later.
Don't push too hard.. I've done insanity & it wipes the body out ! Make sure you're getting enough good calories as well.. And split the burpees as much as you need to. You look great anyway ; )
I'm sorry late reply. 😓 Yes I am! In going to continue the challenge as I do the insanity challenge as well and squat challenge. I'll be dead by the end of the month. Lol. I had trouble just doing the 15 burpees yesterday.
Lol yes guys this workout was it! Scotty, believe me when I say it's an amazing workout. I wanted to die in the middle of it. So you know it's good! Definitely doing this one again.
