Tone Your Glutes! Welcome to a new 13 minute booty burn workout which was created to target your lower body muscles and build a strong, round booty. In order to increase the focus on gluteus muscles this workout contains exercise in both positions - standing on your legs in the first part and a kneeling all-fours position exercises at the end. This booty burn workout consists of 15 exercises which I find the most effective to sculpt and tone lower body muscles. Each exercise lasts for 45 seconds with 7 seconds of rest in between. P.S.
