That's five per minute for five minutes. After the fifth round, skip to the end (the full ten rounds are only when you're doing level ten of the challenge) If you can't do full fives, try 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 per minute, then bump it up to 5, 5, 4, 3, 2, and so on til you do five. After the fifth day (not including rest days) do six per minute for six minutes for six days, then seven per minute for seven minutes for seven days...and so on up to ten per minute for ten minutes for ten days. Take as many rest days in between as you want. This challenge is kind of a long-term goal, where in the end you'll hopefully do ten burpees per minute for ten minutes for a total of ONE HUNDRED BURPEES!
