Whatever your exercise style, a few things are for sure with this workout: you'll be getting your heart-rate up and firming your whole body from head to toe. All bodyweight exercises in this one. Start seated. Clasp your hands together or hold onto a weight. Keep your knees bent with your heels together, on or slightly off the ground.

Twist your torso to the left and try to touch your hands to the ground.
Russian Twists
20 secondi
Open up your legs and place your thighs, knees and toes slightly outward. This is a great way to relax your heart, so make sure nothing is raised off the ground.
