I keep getting asked about kangaroos, dingoes and koalas! Well no dingoes near me, but a few koalas, and I see 'roos every day on my way to and from work...hence the name of this workout! Be prepared for a high energy workout designed to burn some calories...if you would like to add intensity either use dumbbells for the boxing movements, or ankle and/or wrist weights...enjoyps kangaroos are quick, move as fast as possible:-)
