Descrizione

6 punch combination from a staggered stance with knees slightly bent and hands held high. Start with the lead jab followed by a straight/cross and a lead hook followed by a rear hook, a lead uppercut, and a rear uppercut. Throw the combination without pausing between punches. Make sure to turn the hips and pivot the feet. Bring your hands back to the face before starting the combination again.
