Hi anela, your body is a machine. When you don't eat your body eats its self amd not the bad stuff we want it to eat like fat but it actually eats all your lean muscle. When you start eating your machine starts to work,your metabolism and the body knows you dont always feed it so it stores energy and water creating a bloating feeling. If you get your body to work all the time without the prolonged breaks it will know that it doesnt need to store anymore since you always feed it and hydrate. Hope this makes sence....
