I lost a lot of weight with just walking, I still include it to keep my endurance up and it's very effective for anxiety relief also. A few dislike it, but that's a them issue 😉
Walking is a phenomenal form of exercise! It’s actually one of the most “overlooked forms” in my opinion. Just a tip: if you want to benefit from it, make sure to walk for 30min. minimum . Also if you have a fitness tracker where you can monitor your heart rate, aim to target for hr zone 1and 2 of your individual heart rate zone. Alternate between these zones on different days, as well as slowly increase the length of time you walk.
