I want to build muscle but I don't know where to start. I've never done weight and now I want to start doing weights for abs, legas and glutes. Any suggestions where to start?
Bodybuilding .com they hav free trainers with emails daily videos and nutrition plans also they teach u how to correctly perform exercises...also tons of articles....thts wat I suggest for someone who has never done weights before because it will teach wat u need to knw and th advice on their is professional which will keep u free frm injuries and get u fantastic results...
