Rows are great for the back , dumbbells kick backs are great for triceps. If not sure about how they're done ask someone if you're comfortable doing that
Rows can be done seated on a machine, or standing usually with a barbell or dumbbells. Proper form is critical to prevent injuries with barbells. Kick backs are done usually standing with dumbbells but some use cable machines. There's hopefully someone there that will be able to point you in the right direction.
