And what's wrong with six? Listen bra, don't try to achieve something that your body won't be able to produce - you're only asking for a slew of problems. The focus is being healthy. Not getting an 8pack so women can go wow... If you get those kinda women, trust me... It's short time and nothing of substance. Just do you and challenging yourself so your better as a human being holistically - mind, body, spirit. God bless and peace out!
