I have zero experience working out and looking through this app is a bit overwhelming. Was hoping someone could recommend a good workout to start with that won't discourage me. Thanks!
What are you trying to accomplish? Toning? Putting on weight? Bigger butt? Calves? Cardio and endurance?
I have a few workouts I've created that will pretty much hit every muscle groups you have as well as get some cardio in. Check the "Mommy Got Muscles " thread and perhaps you can start there. They're quick ,fun, and effective.
I'd say toning with focus on my stomach. But also just overall fitness and flexibility. I'll check it out, thanks!
