My abs are starting to show and my obliques . But more on left side than right . Could it be because my right side is a bit weaker than left ? I think my left hip is different from my right toox

It can be very tough sometimes to get perfect symmetry when it comes to the abs. But like any muscle; increasing a few more reps on that side plus some good yogi stretching should get you back on track

My left rear delt looks less defined then my right, I need to bring it up. Etc etc
