Hey guys! Back after long time, been too busy coz of school and stuff... So some workouts, exercises,suggestions for big round shoulders without damaging my back? 😉
P.S How do I increase my body size (NOT FAT!!), Looks like I have a high metabolism, no matter how much I eat I remain skinny (not that skinny), I weigh 43 at 160 cm (I know I am short for a 14 year old), so any suggestions for getting big? Thanks anyways!
