Hello everyone. Im new at this program..im looking to tone my core as well as get rid of this muffin top, tone my butt n legs..any suggestions on good workouts to do so? (My main focus is my stomach area) ..thanks!! ^_^

Start with cardio exercises this will help u lose fat n then u can go for a specific body part excercise...hope this helps :)

Cardio & Water will be good friends. Incorporate weights later on alternating days. If you don't like running, do fighting cardio. Still build a sweat.

A gallon of water is enough in the day, no other drinks like soda or in my case alcohol. Water has no.calories and can fill you up. Most people are more thirsty than hungry.
