I'm trying to lose weight I'm 25 im 228 I need to every exercise to do to lose weight and if there's anything else I can do or take to lose weight please let me know thank you

Squats. Learn to do them right with light weight. Don't get hurt. Proper form is most important for long term weight loss. Squats use more muscle than any other exercise=burn more fat than any other. Ultimately do as many different things as possible=muscle confusion. Eat salad with meat.
