Hi everyone I’m a new member and I have no idea which program to start on. I’ve never been active and for reference I can’t even do one push-up (yet). Any advise?
The first things you should do is ask yourself few questions. For example do you have access to a full gym or are you just using your body weight and no equipments? What are your goals. How many days per week are you able to workout and for how long (weeks,months) and etc. Next you would want to narrow down what you want to work on.
