Pick up your Skimble and get to work! Remember, something is better than nothing. You can start with a a short casual workout a day, and gradually increase the workout times. After a couple of weeks you will start to feel more energetic and actually WANT to do the workouts :)
Also, remember that your nutrition is a big part of the way you feel. Usually, you eat bad, and you will feel bad. Eat GOOD . . . FEEL GOOD!
