I managed to lose 70 lbs a few years ago from reaching a morbid 200 lbs. I've been maintaining my weight with calorie counting and intermittent fasting although I've been ill for so long. I've lost my endurance and get winded very easily, but I'm trying to regain stamina to be able to safely go hiking next summer. I'm wondering if anyone is still active here?

Got a little upper/lower body cycle to use while sitting at home. It has a resistance adjustment knob, but it's really not a lot of resistance at all

I can't believe how much muscle weakness I'm enduring compared to how healthy and strong I used to be. I added two 15lb dumbells ever other minute. If I keep doing this, I should be back in no time! My calves and booty burn

Day 2 at 145. I'm pretty sure this is a typical weight fluctuation. I'm always between 140-150 despite this diet. We shall see after day 3!
