So true, I'm still trying to over come my foot injury. My fractures are finally healed but still terrified of doing a lot of activities. I'll keep this quote in mind tomorrow during my workout :)
Started about half way, a man slipped on the canal path and went in...we helped his mate get him out, sureal moment..but i didn't get home till around 3.30am...national bike routes are confusing and google earth is no good in the woods
Funny you should say that Robert, I just changed seat to a Selle SMP TRK...its beaked to stop pressure on the boys...works a treat no numbess at all...well recommend. Home, food, bath and bed.. see ya'll tomorrow at the gym :-)
Grading work, 8 set for 2 minutes on each boxing, elbow, knees and kicks with jumping jacks in between each one....BUT due to time served without grading and abilities I get to start on blue belt which is good...exhausted now though...But need to fix a puncture on my bike
