If you want to build muscle, you have to put in the work. Hard work is what this program is all about and we know you've got it in you. This full-body strength training program requires a few weights or some creativity such as using a weighted backpack or milk jugs. Some workouts include follow along warm-ups while others expect you to take a few minutes to do so yourself.
