It all starts here: the basics, the foundation, the trunk of the tree. This program will have you laughing, crying, sweating and make you feel like you've accomplished something with all the hard work. Expect to see an emphasis on core strength and lots of movements to get your heart rate up. You'll need a set of dumbbells for some of the strength building workouts.
